Website privacy

This notice describes the enquiry features on this marketing website. It does not describe the handling of student or staff data inside an institution's C-Grades system.

Enquiry details

When direct email delivery is enabled on our PHP host, submitting the enquiry form sends your details to our server and mail provider for delivery to C-Grades. The website does not save enquiries to a database. A temporary session cookie helps limit repeated submissions. Choosing WhatsApp passes your details to WhatsApp in a prepared message link, which you review and send yourself.

When you send an enquiry, C-Grades receives the details you choose to share and uses them to respond, discuss your institution's requirements, and arrange a demonstration or subscription. Please do not include passwords, student records or other sensitive institutional information in an enquiry.

External services

Email and WhatsApp are external services with their own privacy practices. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser requests those font files from Google. The site does not install advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process standard request information to deliver and protect the site.

Institutional data

Before subscribing, discuss the handling of institutional data, backups, access permissions, retention and data export with us. These arrangements should be confirmed as part of your subscription agreement.
